What we offer is a remote wilderness experience. It isn’t fancy, it isn’t always comfortable, but it will be unique and rewarding.

Simply put we will take you on an off road camping trip. Our goal is to get to locations that most people don’t know about, or go to, due to them being inaccessible to most cars. Although these places are typically not so remote that we can’t be back to a town or highway within a an hour or two.

Camping in these areas is a much different experience than traditional campground camping. You won’t have the showers, the flush or vault toilets, there is no cut firewood to buy and there is no snack bar. If remote, dispersed, wilderness camping is new to you we can guide you through the entire thing, from arrival and set up to breakdown and leaving. We’ll show you all the tips and techniques we’ve developed over many years of doing this, from the gathering and cutting of firewood, camp cooking and clean up, to personal hygiene and how to safely and effectively crap in the woods.

And, as seen in the Overland Education section, we can give instruction on off road driving, navigation, recovery from getting your vehicle stuck, and emergency medical, at no extra charge.

As far as emergency situations go we have satellite communication capabilities. In addition to that I was a working paramedic for ten years and I am currently a respiratory therapist. I can handle most basic life support and emergency medical situations. I have a large medical kit with me during every excursion. If guests want to learn basic first aid, it is a class we offer. Although there are no official certifications for any class completions, just knowledge and skills gained.

Having said all this what we really like to do is talk to our clients and find out what they’d like to do, what type of experience they’d like to have, and customize a plan to fulfill that.
